ok I have been reading Kevin's book and doing research.....and reading these forums....all right I think I am ready to do this but I am scared as hell of doing the shots.....tell me I can do it. So where should I buy this stuff and are the shots better than the sublingual. It looks like Kevin's protocol is much more complicated and more importantly for me....more expensive. So I can go straight to phase 2.......taking the injections and the 5oo calorie diet right? Can someone tell me please the best most cost efficent way to do this and where to purchase. Thank god for this forus. Scared, scared, scared....to believe this might help.

I have not followed any of KT's recommendations except if I have a choice between organic produce and non-organic (and the price is reasonable) I will grab the organic.
While I discovered the HCG protocol from KT, I was very turned off by his hucksterism, ridiculous absolute statements and the various discrepancies in his book. I don't mean to say that his claims are invalid but I am proof that (for me) they were not necessary. I'm on day 32 of the original protocol and am down 43 lbs so far.
I say try the original protocol and see if it works for you - then, if you can experiment with KT's ideas if you need to.

Hi Strathy, thank you for responding to me. It means alot. I have been reading your posts and oh my god! you are doing so wonderful . I came straight home from work today and continued Kevins book, learning alot more. I do believe I can go to phase 2. My question to you would be how long did it take to get the shipment delivered. I guess if I understand correctly that HCG is ilegal in this country so we must purchase out of the country. But everyone here sent in their money and received theirs right? And you are fine with giving yourself shots? The shots work a bit better than the oral it seems. I am so excited I could hardly sleep last night. I need to loose approximately 75-100 pounds. I guess it depends on how my body reshapes and I do workout alot I have good amount of muscle under this fat. I wish you well and will be following your story, very happy for you.

I'm not sure where you are at - I'm in Canada. I had mine sent to another HCG user in the US who then was kind enough to bring it across the border for me. I think the shipping took about 10 days, but I'm really not confident that the product will get to me in Canada - I've even had books turned away at the border. Canada really tries to control what it's citizens are allowed to read and use - sad really.
I don't know anything about the oral form but it is not available from this supplier anyway.
The shots ... I will have to confess that the very first time I sat holding the needle over my leg for a good 20 mins before I screwed up enough courage to plunge it in. Now I'm like an old heroin addict - I don't even think about it anymore - just pop the needle in, get my fix and head out for the day.

HCG is not illegal in the US at all. In fact it is used by fertility doctors alot. It is just not approved by the FDA for use as a weight loss drug. But, doctors may precribe any treatments that they see as beneficial to their patients. HCG is available at a higher cost at most weight loss clinics.

Wow I didn't know that about Canada. I am in North Carolina. In the leg huh? I guess thats another question to ask....where everyone gives their shots. I guess I just assumed I would do it in the stomach like diabetics do. I actually did give a shot once to a diabetic in the stomach while doing RN training also I had to practice on several nursing students in the arm, I didn't finish school though....I was a bit too squeemish. This is all I have been thinking about the last few days, daydreaming about what it will be like to be normal weight once again to feel better, with better mobility. woooohooooo Are there directions on how to give the shot properly? so as not to get into the muscle? well so many questions I have, hope you don't mind. thanks again.
