ok so for the first few days after the load days i was dropping 2.2 lbs...now i'm up(.2)i know it's not much. also for those first few days i didn't eat everything on the diet...no melba....so yesterday the only thing i did different was eat a graitfruit..split through out the day...the other thing i can think of is i had trouble measurung out the syringe,so when i went to do my shot it looked like there was only about half the amount...so i gave my self the full amount plus that little bit that was supposed to be a full shot...any comments?....oh yes and the other thing i want to ask ;is
it important eat the melba?  is it ok to eat less than the planned menu?

                                   Thank you

A minor gain like that probably has something to do with your elimination. Maybe you needed to visit the throne one more time before you weighed in. Or if your hair was wet.... Don't worry it will all equal out in the end. No you don't have to have the melba toast, in fact in KT's version there is no melba. And for some people who hit a stall, going down to 400 calories does the trick. I find that as long as I stay at or a little under 500, the loss continues.

You're really doing great. It is hard to see the scale go the wrong way but as Kathy said. "Don't worry it will equal out". Also don't forget that your body needs to adjust absorbing the fat cells.
