Hi all,
I was on HCG last spring for weight loss, along with my mother who also did it back in the 70's, but we basically ate chicken, apples, strawberries, tomatoes, and salad every single day for 6 weeks, with only white or malt vinegar as salad dressing. I see everyone on here talking about different phases to the diet, where can I view the full list of phases and food?  Thanks for your time!

The "phases" are actually in Kevin Trudeau's (referred to as KT alot in this forum) book The Weight Loss Cure, which I believe is responsible for the current resurgence in popularity of the HCG diet. You may also download a copy of the original manuscript by Dr. Simeons, the genious who discovered the use of HCG for weight loss:
