Okay, so things suck sometimes. Lila told a great little Russian parable that goes something like this: Life is like a zebra, sometimes you experience the black parts, but they are always followed by a white part and sometimes you get near the butt!!!

Why don't you pick up the pieces tomorrow and do an apple day? Email me directly and I'll tell you some more things that might just get you focused in the right direction.

Love and Support to you, Kathy

Yes it is possible to get back on track! Apple day and keep going!
Do not go back! You have traveled a long way!
Do it for yourself and for your daughter, she more than ever deserves a healthy mom that can guide her through life's set backs and celebrations!!

Keep going! We support you!

You know what I think ur going to do so well on this diet without him.  You gotta be there for daughter and urself.  Everything happens for a reason and sometimes for the better.  Good luck!

I am very sorry to learn of your heartache.  I have walked in those shoes and know it's not easy to face each day.  Have faith that your heart will mend and life will be amazing again.  In the meantime, take time for yourself.  You are worth so much more than one person's opinion.  You've taken positive steps to improve your health so stick with this program and enjoy the fantastic results that you're sure to realize.  As the cliche goes:  one door closes but many, many more open.  One day at a time.  You can do this!

Ok, So I would just like to thank everyone for all the your support. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. I have not been doing the diet. I started back today. so that means, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I did not follow the manuscript at all. I gained 5lbs so that puts me back at 175, my goal weight being 145. I also stopped the injections? I started them up again today....does that matter? I just figured, why inject myself and then eat what I want? I feel stupid. You guys are right though, I have to better myself and by losing this weight I believe I will look and feel 10 times better.

So where do I start ?

6 apples today, and then what?

What do I eat tomorrow?

I need to refocus myself into this...

I bought the miracle noodles from an asian market, any good recipes?

See how the apple day goes for you today. Drink some senna tea tonight (that should clean out some of your indescretions Grin ). If you aren't back to at least 171 by tomorrow, do another apple day, but this time drink the full 2 liters of water, take your fiber and all of your teas (This is what makes an apple day really work for me!). Especially drinking the senna tea at night really helps the apple day along.

What kind of miracle noodle recipe would you like, chicken, shrimp or beef??? I'll send one to you!!! We are all rooting for you and support you. Love, Kathy
