I was told this was shipped 3/17 and that it would arrive the next week. It still hasn't come. Has anyone had trouble recieving the hcg? I have ordered HCG before and it came right away. This time it is taking a very long time.
Anyone else have to wait this long?

If you ordered from this site, you should have received a confirmation when the payment was received. Do you know what day it was shipped out to you (That's usually a couple days after your payment is received)? After that it's another 10-12 business days to receiving your order. Don't hesitate to email Sharon Green (if you ordered from this site); she will respond promptly.

hi cathy-
I ordered from this site. I recieved an email that payment was received and the product was shipped on 3/17. It didn't arrive so i contacted Sharon Green and she wrote back saying it should be arriving the following week. Its now April 13th and I have not received my shipment.
I have contacted sharon and the site several times since and I have not received a reply.

It occasionally takes some longer. That's not something we can influence. There are cases in which it took about six weeks. All shipments are sent the same way, so it must be a mailman thing.

I have received 2 shipments. The first one took forever, I even moved from the property (I knew I was moving and I ordered on time, actually, 2 months before moving. I did mail foward and all). When I went back to turn the key I had a USPS note. When I got it it was the HCG. They sent it registered and because the last name was not written clearly the USPS didn't foward. I think USPS just didn't work...because it was pretty obvious to whom it was sent, even though the last letter was kinda messy. They were about to send it back.
The second shipment came in record time. Though the last name again was not very clearly written. The address overall was very badly written. It looks as if a fifth grader wrote it.
Maybe this is influecing your shipping. I would check with my local post office. This one time I tracked down a package that didn't have any kind of confirmation. I found it...

I wouldn't do anything other than speak with your own postman/ women. Don't say anything about what the product is either. I would just say that you are expecting a package from Europe. If they do ask what it contains, refer to it as a beauty product. After all it really is!!!

Yeah, just ask them if they have a lost package or a wrong zip code package. Give them your address and stuff. The idea of the beauty product sounds great. It is a yellow small envelope. If you call the 800 number you wont be lucky, you have to go directly to your local post office or call directly. Sometimes the nearest post office is not "the local" one. Find out which one belongs to your postal zip code. Or go ahead and go to the nearest one they can tell you also.
That's what I did when I sent me a package from my old home. I wrote the wrong zip code twice. On the addressee and the sender, and it got very lost! Ohh, well...Good luck!

It looks like they will send a new package. I checked the old package they sent in December and the zip code was wrong. Its amazing that the package found its way to my address. So I went on to my profile to make sure that I had not made a mistake. All my information is and was correct so hopefully this time when the resend me this order the address will be correct. That might be why the order in March has never arrived.. who knows...
I did recieve the first package and used the product for 45 days I lost 20 lbs about 1/2 of what I wanted to lose. I think it works differently for everyone. I didn't cheat and I walked everyday an hour on my lunch time. I was happy to lose that much that is still pretty quick.

hi
i sent a wire for several treatments on april 25. it has been 16 days and i have not received anything not even a confirmation of receipt of the wire.
does anyone know a more direct way to receive answers from hcgweight? i wrote sharon earlier about another issue and she did not reply.
can someone help?

Dear Bellalimena,
When logging in into your account, you can see that you have already received two emails after the confirmation email: one for receiving your payment, and one for shipping the order.

Maybe it's an idea to check your spam box. Your email of about an hour age has been answered within half an hour.
