BARELY REMEMBER READING THAT IN THE PROTOCOL.....NOT REALLY FOND OF ROOM TEMP WATER, BUT I GUESS I'LL GET USE TO IT IF IT WILL HELP ME LOSS.
MY HUSBAND & I HAVE BEEN ON THIS TOGETHER. WE ARE ON OUR 2ND 40-DAY CYCLE. THE 1ST 40 DAY CYCLE WE DID, I LOST 26 LBS....THIS TIME WE ARE 23 DAYS INTO IT & I'VE ONLY LOST 9 LBS. I'M EATING & DRINKING WHAT I'M SUPPOSE TO. I DON'T EAT AFTER A CERTAIN HR. I SEEM TO BE STUCK BETWEEN 177.0 & 179.0...IT'S LIKE MY BODY HAS JUST STOPPED. I DID THIS LAST TIME 2, BUT IT CORRECTED ITSELF. I TRIED THE "APPLE DAY" 3 TIMES, BUT THREW UP ALL 3 TIMES(DIFFERENT DAY'S) I TRIED IT. NOT REALLY KEEN ON THREWING UP, SO I DON'T WANT TO TRY THE APPLE DAY AGAIN... I'M GETTING REAL FRUSTRATED. MY HUSBAND IS LOSING 1-2 LBS A DAY...WHY CAN'T I LOSS !!! HELP. I STILL HAVE ABOUT 35-40 LBS TO GO.....WE ARE GOING ON A CRUISE @ THE END OF JULY & WOULD REALLY LOVE IT IF I DIDN'T LOOK LIKE A BEACH WHALE....ANY SUGGUESTIONS?
