I have been doing great on the HCG protocol.  I am on day 21 and have lost 16 pounds, but the last 2 days I have only been losing ounces, not pounds!  I am starting to panic a little because I am doing everything exactly the same.  I hope the weight loss picks up the pace again soon or I will become discouraged.  I know it will but any ideas when?   Grin

Hi Bikinibound,

In my 3rd week I had a stall, or plateau.  I just waited it out.  It was only 3 days.  I stayed exactly the same for 3 days.  Mine just corrected itself.  You can do the apple day, though.  That helps, too.  Later, Toni

Hi Toni, thanks for responding.  I lost .8 overnight so I'm happy with that.  I stayed the same for 2 days.  I don't ever want this weight loss to stop. It is so amazing that I am eating healthy and loving it!  Tonight I made the most awesome chicken parm, without any cheese or oil.  Delish!!

I am on day 21 and have noticed a significant slowing down in my weight lose.  I have had mulitple 3 days in a row with no weight lose and then lost a pound.  The last 10 days I have obly lost 2 lbs.  I have not cheated at all and have even changed my walk to a hike with more hills etc.  Anyone else out there having a similiar problem or any suggestions for me.  I did try the 6 apples a day but that didn't really help either

I hope I am not to late to help. Increaseing excersize was a mistake and probably caused weight loss to slow. You may want to take a look at the hidden ingredients in your life, such as things u add to food (spices, ect.) and lotion/makeup containing fat. Also, are you getting enough sleep. Weight loss happens during sleep (your resting metabolism). Are you eating enough veggies and drinking a lot of water. I noticed a slow down when I didnt drink enough. The way I look at it, if you not peeing like a race horse, you not drinking enough. I hope I was some help.

Increasing exercise definitely causes your weight to slow.  You should not start any new regiment OR increase your current regiment significantly while on phase two of the protocol.  Although it seems contradictory, more exercise on this protocol WILL cause weight gain.  So, I'd stop that excess immediately.  Also, you have to keep in mind that you have been losing at least a pound a day for almost a month!  That's fantastic!  Maybe your body is slowing down a little now (and for good reason) or maybe you're just at a slight plateau.  Or, maybe you are nearing your goal weight.  Don't fret though.  Just stop the excess exercise, trudge on, and see what happens.  Smiley

Nice sharing.
I think if you loss your weight slowly slowly then
it would be better for you because if we drop our
maximum weight then you could be suffer in various
problems.
