Increasing exercise definitely causes your weight to slow. You should not start any new regiment OR increase your current regiment significantly while on phase two of the protocol. Although it seems contradictory, more exercise on this protocol WILL cause weight gain. So, I'd stop that excess immediately. Also, you have to keep in mind that you have been losing at least a pound a day for almost a month! That's fantastic! Maybe your body is slowing down a little now (and for good reason) or maybe you're just at a slight plateau. Or, maybe you are nearing your goal weight. Don't fret though. Just stop the excess exercise, trudge on, and see what happens.
