I can't find them.  Are you guys ordering them over the internet?  I found the Melba Toast.  Those were on sale, so I bought two boxes.

Thanks...

Hi,  I found some at an Italian deli. I just brought up the phone book and started looking for Italian grocery stores. I didn't know what I was looking for so I asked.  They are very thin, crispy sticks.  They also suggested checking a specialty grocery store in the area, the type that carries more of the ritzy, upper middle class-type stuff.  I hope that helps.

Sometimes instead of being with the crackers they are in the pasta aisle at the grocery.

I found some Grissini with rosemary at Whole Foods, $3.70.  Not sure if I should eat those because it has 1 gram of fat, extra virgin olive oil, serving size is two breadsticks.  So, I guess that would be just 1/2 a gram of fat.  Is this ok to eat  Huh?

And, I bought the Wasa Crisp'n Light 7 Grain Crackerbread, $2.  That one has 0 grams of fat.  Tastes kinda' like a very light graham cracker.

I sure would like to try that Grissini breadstick Grin.

Oh no!  I had a piece of Eclipse gum this morning.  I popped one in my mouth and started chewing without realizing I'm not suppose to have it Shocked Undecided Angry.

I'll have to try Whole Foods again.  I didn't see them when I was there. The Grissini with rosemary sounds good.  The ones I bought had sesame seeds and I wasn't sure about them, but they don't seem to effect weight loss...probably cuz you can't get a lot of seeds on a skinny breadstick!  A serving is three breadsticks and they have 2 grams of fat, which translates to about .67 gram per stick  It sounds like the Rosemary ones have less per stick.  If you try them, let us know if they have an adverse affect on your weight loss.

Hi All~
I am new to HCG usage and to the site, so please bear with me if I am not using the forum correctly. Smiley I am writing because I need help: this is my 8th morning injecting and for the last couple of days I have not lost any, instead, gained two lbs and have remained there for a day. I am so confused about what I may be doing wrong. I exercise heavily everyday, drink at least two cups of green tea during the day to boost my metabolism, am taking apple cider vinegar twice a day, and am eating for the VLCD. What do you all think could be happening. Although, I must say, I am a Celiac, which means I can't eat any grains, so I haven't been eating the Melba Toast (don't even know what that is...) or breadstick.
The diet, as you all know, can be hard to stick to.
I've already lost a good 5 lbs., but I have a good 40 more to lose, at least. I am doing a 46 day protocol. Any help at all would be appreciated. I'm getting really discouraged really fast.

Hi Rae, I think your problem is heavy exercise. In the "pounds and Inches" Dr.S. doesn't recommend it. Maybe light exercise. On another forum that I read many people have been frustrated trying to do both. You may want to alter your routine for P2.
