Well here is what's up with us.
D is down 4.2 lbs. (D had a 2lb gain duing load days...we had pizza after basebal practice for our son!! Last "cheat" day...hehehe)
C is down 8.6 lbs.(C only had a .2 gain....I had pizza too, but not as much as my husband.)

It's exciting to see the #'s come down....now we are ready for the clothes to start getting loose....
Haven't been real hungry since starting the 500 cal plan. We are trying real hard to stick to it. Harder than it looks with 2 teenagers that are constantly on the go. Plus spring break is this coming week & we are going out of town. Good news is that we are going camping so we can control our meals...
Our goal is to be able to walk 1 hr every evening(& stay with it)... and have the shape, healthy bodies & better eating habits by end of July for our Family cruise that we are taking...
