My sister (not on the protocol) and I work out with a trainer for an hour twice a week. I try to put in another cardio at home, but it doesn't always work out that way!

After what you said, I'm thinking about working my Pilates tape back in. My loss has been consistent so far- I'm on day 9. But my fiance either doesn't lose a bit, or only loses .2-.4lbs. He's lost over 30lbs since we started phase 1, and he currently weighs about 318lbs. Occasionally during the week, he lifts weights and rides a stationary bike. Whenever I ask him to do Pilates or anything else with me, he says he's physically unable to do it because of his weight. I know he's getting tired of the scale, so hopefully he'll try Pilates with me after I get over my food poisoning.
To make a long answer short, I hugely advocate working out!
