I believe its 3-Thats what i do as well-Its just extra protein!!No fat--Ive scrambled them but also have boiled 4 eggs and ate 1 whole and the whites only of 3 more---Works!You can poach them to----Its a great alternative to chicken!!

or another possibility is "cottage cheese" instead of meat---Protein as well----I know your going to ask how much---I always choose the 1% or no fat and eat a cup----for a meat subsitute.I think its maybe 3/4 cup but i love it!!!
