starting and concerns but weight loss

Wanted to let you know that I started the injections last week on Monday…Gorged Tuesday-Wed. After Gorging I weighed in at 289.9  today I weighed in at 276 6 5 days later.  Wow…we will see where this takes me. 

One question though…I had really bad diarrhea Tuesday evening into Wednesday/first day of diet.  After that I have not had a bowel movement and a bit concerned.  I am drinking lots of water and following the diet to a “T”.  I don't know if I had a stomach flu bug but to much coincidence.

Has anyone else had theses symptons

Probably the huge weight loss has something to do with the loose bowels!!! Just look at it as a blessing in, well, disguise. I had a bout of food poisoning during injections where I saw a huge weight loss over a 2 day period. Your body was just getting rid of something and everything will even out as you continue. Are you taking a colon cleanse product or fiber daily? If not you should and that will keep you regular going forward. Congratulations on your progress
