Kathy,
Did you say you had a source to say that using coconut oil on your skin was OK? Where did you read it? How can it be used? Are you using it and is it OK - as in it's not affecting your daily loss?
Also, today is my 2nd day after the 2 load days. I lost 3 1/2 lbs yesterday!

Kathy-here is a neat little site i found for fiber content--- http://www.wehealny.org/healthinfo/dietaryfiber/fibercontentchart1.html And LaRay---Kt s book tells you about the coconut oil-It is good for you and you can have it during hcg--1 tsp a day is allowed!----Google coconut oil benefits and you will find tons--Everyone or anyone whos thinking of starting hcg should really read Dr Simeons AND KT's protocols!!It answerers so so many questions---Actually-Its a MUST!! Back to coconut oil-I put it on my damp hair for 30 min after shampooing--I cook 1 egg plus 2-3 egg whites in 1/2 tsp of coconut oil-you can just eat it plain on the spoon-its good and NO-Its not like other oils-It doesnt interfer at all with the protocol. Its recomended. Thank you for the info. I did read KT's book, but I didn't remember that coconut oil could be used during Phase 2. Thank you very much for reminding me!

Actually KT doesn't mention it as part of phase 2 (injection phase) in his book. It is something that comes with your directions when you order from this site. I have been using about 1 tsp externally and 1 tsp internally per day and still getting fantastic results. Be sure it's extra virgin organic coconut oil... and enjoy!!!

Hi All,
Yes, KT's book does talk about using coconut oil. That's why I bought coconut oil after I read the book cover to cover. Later, Toni

Yes, KT does talk about using coconut oil, but not during the injections -- phase 2... He does talk about it in the other phases though and it's in one or both of his other books as well.

Toni, How are you doing on weight loss. I've seemed to lost my kaboos.. I'm stopping in a couple days to take a break. I think I'll do better next round, now I am much wiser, I need to do a Candida cleanse, I've been plagued with cravings.. Kelly

Toni, Even though you may be discouraged a little bit, please look at what you've accomplished so for! What is it, 54.6 lbs lost and only 14.4 lbs left to go? That's marvelous! You are a fine example for us all.
Enjoy your break and know that you'll succeed in the end. Thank you so much for the encouragement you have given us all.

Kelly, Hi Sweetie, I can't complain. I have been on the protocol for 3.5 weeks and have lost 19 pounds so far. So between phase 1 and phase 2 I have lost a total of 31 pounds, in the last year I have lost a total of 46 pounds. I am now 8.4 pounds from my first round goal of 165. I have 2.5 weeks in which to accomplish that. Then I will go on phase 3 for 6 weeks, then do it all over again to lose 30 more pounds! I am still super excited about this protocol. My next round supplies are on their way to me right now, at least the ball is rolling. HCG has not been shipped as of yet, but will be soon, I'm sure. Kelly, I am sure that after your break when you resume, you will do great! I have faith in ya! In fact, you have done great. You just stumbled a bit, but you will be fine, and we will be here to cheer you on!!! Later, Toni

Kelly, How are you girl? You are doing great, I lost only just over 2lb on last week of injections. I think you made a good choice to stop and take a break. I, at first was going to go for 5 weeks to loose everything at once but I am very happy it didn't work that way. I did need this break to recharge, P3 is so good... I am going to do 2nd round sometimes in March after TOM. I love this protocol. Toni, You go girl!!!!!!!;D Your result are amazing Love, Lila

Toni & Lila, thank you for checking on me and encouraging me. I got that job at American Cancer Society full time starting on Monday, so I've been busy getting ready for that. I'm excited because I will be able to eat better being away from home. Plus I think I've been slightly depressed since my divorce. It's really amazing I've lost anything the way I feel. Yes, I'm on break now and at last weigh in I was about 137. I'm hoping some of that is temporary. I just seemed to stop losing. Of course I was on and off of the diet enough. I to am planning on starting again (with new focus) in March sometime. I just got all my supplies. Still waiting for more hcg. I still have two weeks left but needed three. If after that I still need to lose more I'll order more. AT this point it don't matter how long it takes to me. As long as I'm heading in that direction. Thank you, I'm doing fine othewise, enjoying eating again. trying to maintain.. Trying not to stress out too. I will be here less as I'm so busy now with work and full time Mom... I'll keep you posted though.. Miss you all so much. Thanks for your support. Kelly

Kelly, I also messed up some on P3 and I will mess up some more for sure..... V-Day is coming and we also have a few dinner partys coming up You are going tru a lot of changes in your life and and it is OK to feel the way you feel. I know you will get there My granny said to me ones when I was just a little girl and I never forgot that (I am going to try to transelate this): Our life is just like a zebra, you have black times and than you always have a white time after that, but sometimes you get to the ass part too.... I hope this makes sense, I am not very good at transelating.... Love, Lila
