By part 2, do you mean Phase 3 after the VLCD and injections? If that's what you mean, we are supposed to avoid starches and stay within 2 pounds of our last day of the VLCD weight. I found that I could have very high fiber carbs without any problems. Oatmeal and bran is what I tried. What is the fiber content of spelt, buckwheat and corn flours?
