I think I can.....

Well, this has been an incredibly hard week trying to get back on track with the hcg.  The  soon as my company left I started back on the diet. I never stopped the shots.
Let me summarize for those of you who are considering cheating on this diet!

This is week three for me>>>
ended previous week at 135.5, which I was up .6 on Jan 27th. they had come in on Saturday night, the only thing I had different was two glasses of wine.

So for week two my loss was only 3.2 pounds.

Jan 28th... 138.5  up 3.0 (glad there gone)
Jan 29th... 137.5  - 1.0
Jan 30....   135.5  - 2.0
Jan 31....   135.3  - .2
Feb 1.....   134.4   - .9

So it took 5 days to get past where I was before. I think I'm done cheating now.. I have three weeks to go, so hopefully I'll make the 120,s.
So if you feel like cheating please reconsider, you lose so much ground.  On another forum I read another lady say that it took her 6 days to get back on track and start losing again... hmmm not a good idea.

Hoping my story of shame helps someone else make a better choice..
Take care all.
Kelly

Kelly,
I am glad u r back on track...
I am concidering cheating, but I don't plan to be on the shots when I do... I am about to start my period, and my birthday is on the 6th, so I plan to stop injections when my TOM hits, then follow the diet for three days after, then on the fourth day I plan to cheat and enjoy my birthday, then the next day I'll resume injections, and do an apple day.
Do you think the way I'm planning to "cheat" will set me back as much as your cheat?...
I kinda think of it as doing what everyone did for Thanksgiving.... except mine worked out perfectly to where my cheat day will fall right at the end of my TOM.
Tell me what you think

Lori,
It sounds to me like you have a sensible plan. I'm sure I would of done okay if it had only been one meal.  Not three over two days of  feasting and drinking.  That was my downfall.  Yes, I wish I would of stopped the shots too.  I actually think your more likely to gain if your on them.  Because your already releasing 2500 calories of fat, then if you over eat, it's just way to much food in your system.  Thus , your body says store, store, store...
Well, live and learn.
I'm going to keep going right now and see how it goes. My body does seem to be having trouble readjusting again.  As yesterday I only lost .2 pounds, even following the diet exactly.

You just have a good time on your birthday, and I'm sure it will be fine.. You have a good plan it sounds to me..
I wish I would of planned mine, it just kind of happened to me.
Happy Birthday,  enjoy your day is what I say...  Grin

Happy Birthday to Lori, Happy Birthday to Lori..
