With my hcg shipping next week, I'm a little panicked by this -25C weather and my already unruly frizzy hair.  This product is supposed to be for really oily scalps but it sounds better than nothing.

I also read that Nuetrogena has an oil free lotion that you can use on your face/body.  Has anybody tried that?

Many thanks.

I found an oil free shampoo and moisturizer on Amazon.com.  Haven't received them yet.  I'll let you know if they're any good.

Good question, also wondering about:

Styling Mousse
Face Cleanser
Face/Body Lotion
Anti-persperant
Shampoo/Conditioner

I am using my usual brands, but they contain 'forbidden' ingredients.  Am using only organic coconut oil on my face, but too oily, and my hands are getting really chapped.
I saw Avalon Organics on-line and at Meijer, any experience?  Carol

Carol,
I've used some of Avalon Organics and really like them. I've tried the shampo and conditioners.  Worked okay for me.
I like Bella better, and if you have a local co-op they should carry them in bulk.  I find it cheaper to refill my bottles weekly of shampoo, rinse and I bet the organic lotion too.  I've used the lotion and it  hasn't affected my weight loss yet.

Good luck,
Kelly

If Anyone has a Natural Grocers/vitamin cottage near them.  We just had one open about a week ago not far from us and if you have never been to one of these stores you need to go.  Especially while on phase 1 and 2.  I mean they have pretty much everything you need not only while on this protocol but also for the lifestyle change in eating and products you use on your body.  They have everything from the food you need to eat to soaps, lotions, makeup, teas, vitamins you name it.  I have ordered a lot of the things I needed online at various places and I wish I had visitied this store sooner because I probably could have got most of the stuff I needed all in one place.  Anyway it is worth going.
