 ???Hi Everyone,  been off for a few days but enjoyed soaking up all the new info from everyone's posts.  Anyway, new question??  How important is it to do that Candid cleanse during phase 1 and if it is? Did you all use the Three Lac product that Kt's book recommends???  Please let me know? 
p.s. still waiting for my product has been 3 weeks.  Anyway Good luck Everyone!

I ordered the three lac. Not all the extra stuff that can go with it. I didn't think my problem was big. I've been taking it for 2 1/2 weeks so far.I do feel different for having taken it. It's very easy. You just pour this powder in your mouth. In reading it does seem that not all people do it and have great success. Undecided

I did the Renew Life candida cleanse which is drops, and capsules morning and evening. I like the sound of just powder...
