Hi Everyone, Well, I fell off the wagon this weekend. I'm not weighing in until tomorrow. Now that my company is gone again. I had unexpected visitors drop in on Saturday night. I had done well up to that point. Then we went out for drinks. Again I only had wine. The next morning I had gained .6, what I had lost the previous day. Last night we went out for breakfast and then barbeque dinner. Thus, the reason for not weighing in today. To scared, oh yes. I figure tomorrow I'll still be up so I will take tomorrows weight as my new week beginning weight. Otherwise I will just get to depressed about losing ground and caving in. At least I don't think I have any other company coming in Feb??? Better not. I still have a four week supply. Back on track and I'll post my results tomorrow. Stay the course, get up and get going again.

Well, Yes I'm still up. I wish my company would of left on Sunday, instead of Monday afternoon. That's funny could you see it " I need you to go now, I can stay on track with you here"? To funny. No ones fault but my own. Although, I didn't want to go through the 'what don't you eat anything anymore' thing.
So anyway for week one and two I've lost a total of: 12.3 pounds. So I have 4 weeks left to lose another 15. I think I should be able to make that.... fingers crossed. That is about 3.5 per week. Hmm I hope I can.
So that is my update, if you feel like cheating for a couple meals my advice is don't: I gained three pounds in three meals. Unbelievable to me too. If you fall down, what i've learned is don't get bummed for to long; Kelly

Kelly,
Congrats on getting back on track! I have company coming this weekend and while I'm excited to see them I'm dreading it too. I just wish I could have a month with no special occasions or vistors, or TOM, or family to cook for, etc! I don't want much, do I? On the occasions I cheated I found it wasn't always because I really wanted the food - sometimes it just gets so tiring always cooking three dinners, etc! I think it will be easier to "concentrate" on everything around here when Brent returns to work (hopefully next Tuesday!)
Enough about me! I'm really excited to see how you do over the next 4 weeks. About the time you go into Phase 3, I'll be doing my last round of Phase 2.

Thanks Carla, You are always so encouraging and reassuring. I love that about you! How are you doing on phase three, are you finding it easy to maintain?
I'm already getting nervous about eating regular again. Well, except for starch and sugar. Thanks again, Kelly

Kelly, I just listened to a chapter of The Secret book on CD about losing weight. According to the book, (I love the book and the movie) we should quit focusing on "losing weight", because focusing on that (in those words) keeps bringing back the experience of needing to lose weight. Instead we need to be focusing on "being our perfect weight". We must be clear on what our perfect weight is and ask for it, focus on it and picture it. We need to have belief that the perfect weight is ours already, because we are taking the actions for that to occur. We need to receive our perfect weight too and feel good about ourselves and our bodies now as we go throught the process of achieving our perfect weight. We should continue visualizing and feeling the feelings of being at our perfect weight as we receive it. --- I feel very positive now and reminded how powerful my words are. I am my word--right? right! For that matter my thoughts are my words too, internal words, but words just the same. From now on, when I post my results, I will say I am now 1.2 pouds closer to my perfect weight!!! The more we use the words and thoughts about our perfect weight or perfect numbers the better. Sorry if this came out like a lecture, but posting this train of thought is very positive and therapeutic for me!!! Luv to all, Kathy

Hmmm never heard it put that way Kathy. Although, Kt says to post pictures of yourself all over your house, with the words "I weigh ..... " whatever it is you want. Kind of the same idea I think. He says you have to visualize it. That helps it happen.
Anyway, thanks for sharing that.. Kelly

For myself I don't know what the "number" is, but I know the size and how I will look, so that is what I am using...

Hi Ladies and Gent's
Just wanted to introduce myself and say "hi". I have been quietly following your progress since Septem-berish. I started on the program in early September with a weight loss goal of 30lbs. I was very successful for the first 3 weeks (lost 12lbs.
Unfortunately I has to go out of the country to Italy (yes, poor me...how unfortunate) I managed to maintain my weight while I was away, with soooo many temptations. But since coming back home (Vancouver Canada )I have been in a real funk and have gained all the weight back.
I have been anxiously waiting to get started again, so in the meantime I have been following along on the forum.
I just wanted to say ......I think you’re all fabulous and wonderfully supportive of each other. We all have different reasons for giving this a try and I know many of you have to keep this experience a "big secret" from your significant others and loved ones ( me included).
Everyone that has taken the time to give advise or encouragement to someone on this forum should really give yourself a pat on the back. We all appreciate it so much!!! So thank you !
Good Luck and continued success to everyone out there!
Liz

Hi Liz, Welcome to the forum, and what you said was very nice. I was going to hide it from my significant other, but just couldn't start until I told him about it. Continued good luck to you too. Sounds like you've done good so far . Later, Toni

Thanks Toni! Now, after getting caught up on the forum, I'm worried I might not get my order across the Canadian Border. My first order back in September made it to me without a hitch, but it sounds like some of my fellow Canadians have not been so lucky. Any advise out there? ? I live in Vancouver B.C Liz

Hi Liz, Yes, there have been quite a few problems for our Canadian friends, but I am pretty sure that 'Thistime' lives in British Columbia, and received her HCG. Don't know how long it took, but you could send her a personal message, and find out. She is very nice! There have been others in Canada that have not had problems. There is a thread called 'Using HCG in Canada', or something like that. that might also be helpful for you to read . Later, Toni

We also have a member who went accross the border and rented a P.O. Box in the U.S. to have their product sent to. Then they just picked it up and drove it accross. Another member, Noelle, I think, lives in the U.S. but her guy works in Canada every day. She is willing to accept shipment and have her guy, mail it from inside Canada to anyone. Kathy
