Good for you Kathy!! I love that first week. Wish I could have a first week every week! You are doing so great, keep it up girl. Don't cheat like me. I need cheaters anonomous. lol.... Well, back on track now so.....

Today I am up 1 lb. after losing 3 during a bout of food poisoning(I ate some bad tomatoes it seems)!! Hopefully, I will start losing again tomorrow!!! Today I have been having some pretty uncontrollable urges to eat things that are not on the list!!!

I am back on track now!!! Planning is so crucial. My advice to everyone is to plan your meals, snacks, teas, water---everything. Say to yourself, I will have my fruit in the morning. If I get hungry before lunch, I will have a couple stalks of celery and some tea. At lunch, I will have... At snack time, I will have... If I get hungry before dinner, I will have...At dinner, I will have... my nighttime snack will be... Plan, Plan, Plan!!! Have a great day, Kathy

Well Lila-----To tell you the truth--this round has been ---well---not so good--I fell hard off the wagon for about 9 days!!!!  my own fault--But am very happy to say---Yesterday was like the first day for me--I told myself-dont "waste"this hcg-its hard to get and i may not have this opportunity again--So i buckled down .Im back to being a loser---  In the best way---I got up to 172.4 --i lost 1.2 lbs last night--I weigh 170.2--hopefully its all downhill from now on--I want to drop at least 20 more lbs-i think i have 3 weeks left---so---I can do it-i am in control again!!Thanks so much for asking lila-- Happy Saturday!! Happy Sunday morning--- Lila-Your granny s right---That was really cute!  I just love grandmas!!! Im back to the 160,s-yeah-well 169.2 this morning and i will so tale it!!I think i am finally back on track--My tom has come again-it seems to be every 2-3 weeks---earlier and earlier---as long as im not pregnant--  Cold cold cold here-it was only -45 with wind chill!!!Watch out kathy-im coming over!!!Your probably 80*!!Nothin new to speak of-Got my welding hats made yesterday-yeah--Today is relaxing day and maybe come up with a new recipe or two---have a wonderful day people!! Thanks Carla--I can but i had my doubts!Thank goodness i woke up and smelt the coffee!  brenda

Brenda, Congrats on breaking into the 160's! I think we all just have to patient sometimes that though things like cheating or TOMs may temporarily interfere with our progress towards our goals, we'll get there eventually. If I had it to do over again I would never have started until AFTER the holidays but hindsight is 20/20, right? I'm looking forward to March cause I'll be ready to march into a bikini by April (fingers crossed)!!!
