Also has anyone had any bad side effects during phase 2 ??  anything I should be aware of ?  Thanks soo much everyone is so great about freely giving advise based on their own experience, I love it and it is helping me so much to be prepared.

Hi KitKat,

I'm pretty sure that it is lipstick, eye pencil and powder that is allowed for makeup.  Later, Toni

I did read on some sight that mascara is O.K. Which is my biggest makeup of choice. I'm with you. If I wasn't working that's one thing, but running around with no makeup Huh Everyone would think I was sick and not even notice the weight loss Roll Eyes

KitKat,
I've been wearing my makeup, but I do wear mineral and it don't seem to bother the results.  They didn't have mineral make up back when.  I think Carla told me the same thing that she has worn all her makeup too.
I just try to go light on it.  I haven't tried using lotions though, and it's so dry here this time of year, I've rubbed a little, very little coconut oil on my face too.
Hope this helps.  I would just try to stick to mineral and all natural products that don't have oils.

last time i tried phase 2 i wore my makeup and this time i am as well.  i wear a waterbased foundation from MAC as my skin is normally way to oily as it is.  But it didn't hinder my results at all. I also wore, lip gloss, blush, eyeshadow (powder, not cream based), eyeliner, mascara.  The one thing i did miss is my body lotions!!! But its worth it.  I did continue using body sprays but only on my clothing and not so much on my skin.  HTH

I've been wearing my makeup too. I wear Merle Norman and its oil-free... I havent had any problems either. I am missing my lotions too! This morning I put coconut oil on my hands, face and hair! Its been so dry so I thought it couldnt hurt.

Just a funny...  A while back I was telling someone ( not sure who - sorry) how I was hiding my syringes in a Velveeta box in the fridge (from my boys). Well my youngest walked into my bedroom shortly after I had done my shot and said "Mooommmm, why do you have Velveeta in your bedroom? That's just crazy!" I laughed so hard when he left... He must think I'm eating Velveeta in bed or something. I will have to find another 'hiding spot' for my syringes. Luckily, today was the last shot from the syringe, so I can throw that box away.

Bummer, it was such a good spot too!

Shari,
That is a funny story.  I would think Velveta would not be a  safe place at my house.

PS- I've been using some coconut oil too, since My hands are very dry..

The velveta box is a classic, I'm sure all his life he's going to think that his Mom eats cheese in bed!!! I'm so glad I don't have to hide mine at all, but I do have a lovely flowered box for my hoard of HCG supplies. I feel a little bit like some kind of magpie that has a little collection of shiny vials and needles and stuff all to herself!!!

I too must have mascara. When I wear face makeup, it's bare minerals too, which is an oil free powder. I have taken this time between Christmas and now to use lots of lotions and cosmetics that I won't be able to wear for the next 45 days. Since, I've discovered coconut oil, I feel like I could trash all the lotions in my house. It's truly better than everything, including some really pricey stuff.

Hi  and again thanks for all the valuable info.  I will stick to my mineral makeup and just try to wear sparingly.  Love the info on the coconut oil, it sounds like that will come in handy where do I get some? Do you also have to get that at a health food store??  To kellygirl who asked where I am from.  I am from Colorado.  Also a dry climate this time of year.  And talk about ultimate will power scenario.  I am a Cake Decorator so while on phase 2 and 500 cal a day I get to work all day around sweets!!  Oh well, I already made up my mind and I am determined to make it work especially after paying all that money for the shots, I am going to try my absolute hardest to stick to the protocol. I will also have to wear gloves all the time while working because I think if I got frosting on my hands/skin while decorating it would absorbe into my skin that would not be good since frosting is made out of lard!!  Shocked oh well have to make it work somehow.  I was kinda bummed out today when I read my e-mail though , it said they got my money but the product hcg is out of stock and that they would notify me when it shippes but nothing as to how long off that would be???  Has anyone else encountered this please let me know?HuhHuh Undecided    take care and good luck everyone

You sound very determined. I know you'll do great on this plan. The gloves sound like a good idea. I emailed Sharron Wednesday about putting in an order on Monday the 28. She hasn't got back with me yet. It is true there has been a back order problem Undecided. All those new year resolutions I guess ???Sense it's from pregnant woman's urine it shouldn't take too long right? Don't pregnant woman pee all the time Huh Ha ha!

Yes, they have been on back order for awhile.  I hear their really good here though.. I would just focus on doing as much as phase one as possible while you wait.  I lost 35 pounds on phase one.  It will better prepare you for phase two and I think you'll do better on phase two, the more you've done on phase one.
Good luck,
I hope you don't have to wait to long. I know we all became stalkers by the time we got it. The poor mailman. We were all ready to go postal.
