thanks kelly, i definately need the support since i'm not getting it from my hubby. he swears this is just another "fad" thing i'm trying. so he did in a way sabotage me last time by ordering pizza and buying fried chicken, etc. he really pissed me off that time. but i know i can do this. he works out of town during the week so no distractions!!! Yes!

Thanks KitKat, You sound like your off and running. Good luck today. My husband is the same way his body, when he eats a lot one day he usually loses weight the next. Sometimes that happens. I think your body goes??? Hmmm lots of food, crank up the engine we got to get busy. Hmmm mine says; lots of food hurry go to sleep and place it on hips, thighs and upper arms.. Go figure.. That is a good sign for you Kelly/Idaho

Hey kelly, i think my body is like yours...lol It gets food and stores it in my tummy and hips and butt...lol Oh well...I really just want my stomach to go down and my cellulite to look less. I'll be happy with that. My ultimate goal is 150 lbs, but my mini goal is 175 by my birthday on march 12. So hopefully i'll make my mini goal soon

KittyKat79,
After my first load day I gained 2.2, but lost 1.8 after the second load day, so, not so uncommon, but yes, very welcome. Later, Toni

Kitty, I hope you can get better without using antibiotics. I have a whole bunch of tricks to get rid of bronchitis. I think I posted it under "Has anyone gotten sick during injections?"

Be sure you start taking a probiotic supplement with and after your antibiotic course. Probiotics, enzymes and fiber have been crucial for me in builing up my strong natural immunity. I have made it a mission for myself to get well without antibiotics. Around Thanksgiving, I got really sick, bronchitis, green mucous and all. I was scared since I'm prone to pneumonia and have had it several times. I managed to beat it without antibiotics, but I did use over the counter decongestant and expectorant. I also used about every other natural remedy that I could get. I literaly spent about $150 at the health food store, desperate to avoid antibiotics. Thankfully, I beat it and it has now been 15 months since I've taken any antibiotics. Yeaaaa.... I was previously in a downward health spiral and had taken antibiotics at least 12 times in one and a half years. Now I consider myself to be in an upward health spiral, losing weight, having the natural strength and immunity to beat bronchitis and feeling more and more well. Get well soon and say to yourself, "I am getting better and better..."

Sorry to hear about your health Kitty. Are you still doing the shots with all this going on or have you stopped until you're better? I drink a lot of healing teas. I think they're fine with the prescriptions and really boost things along. Specially echinacea tea I've used it exclusively with more mild illnesses. I hope you get better soon Nancy

Oh KitKat, I'm so sorry your so sick. Must be hard to stay on the protocol being sick. Does anyone know if it still works when your sick? I was wondering that myself, well I guess you can tell us in a couple days.
Kathy, good advice, antibiotics are not good for us. I like you try to avoid all over the counter medications. Since they all cause obesity. Really they do. Plus, they do destroy the good flora in your GI track causing Candida. Which I've been battling for about a year now. I'm with you hun, the less medicine the healthier we'll be.
KitKat that said once you get to the place where you have an infection, ( I try to keep my immunity high, to not get sick) then yes, you really do need help to get rid of it.. thus antibiotics if needed. I hope you feel better, so sorry.

Kelly, I can tell ya, YES it still works when you are sick.... I just got over the flu, it was horrible.... but I stayed on track with the shots, and diet, and I still lost a lot!!....so I'd say, as long as you stick with it, it will work.....some people may be different though, ya never know. Lori
