Very cool, I already found the one I want. I saved it on my hard drive now I need to figure out how to paste it into this board..
I'm asleep by 11 pm and up by 6 daily.. That would be MST..
Yeah, my weight finally budged again after two days of stall.  Must have been related to TOM and (tortillas and chips), well learned my lessson. I am getting bored with the diet any suggestions?

Hi Kelly-
Round steak is the leanest beef out there-i ground mine in the food processor and added peppers and onions and spices and made little patties-Like a mini meatloaf---shrimp also changed it up big time for me.-boiled in spices----add the shrimp to your salad -saute shrimp in garlic and water---get creative-Cook shrimp in coconut oil too-thats a whole new flavor-Good!

Hey Brenda,
Thank you for the tip.  I think I bought some eye of round?
I don't like shrimp, so that's out. But we can use coconut oil? I didn't know that, I would use that on my vegi's instead of plain.  It has great flavor, I though no oil at all?

Kelly/Brenda,

I think it is KT's says coconut oil is ok, but Dr S Says if it's not on the list, it's not ok.  I am not doing either exclusively, but kind of mixing them, so if it were me I would (and probably will) occasionally stir fry something in a teaspoon or so of coconut oil.  Hey, coconut shrimp sounds reallly good to me right now!  Kathy, Carla, what do you girls think?  Later, Toni

Actually coconut oil is suppose to be very healthy and speed up your metabolism.  But it is a fat, and I wonder if eating fat slows the release of fat reserves from my store house?  hmmm??
Anyway, I'll wait for more on that.

Well, if anyone read my coconut oil post, you would know my view on the miraculous qualities of coconut oil. In our instructions from HCG weight you may have 1 teaspoon of coconut oil per day. I take that to mean internally or externally. When I do it, I don't consider it part of my 500 calories, although 1 teaspoon has 40 calories. I'm still waiting for my book to arrive about using coconut oil to lose weight, but I understand that the coconut oil is a very concentrated fatty acid that actually disolves other fats and greases. Caprylic Acid is a component of it that is used in candida cleanses. I like having my teaspoon on my melba toast!!! Just don't try to make salad dressing with it, because when it hits the cold lettuce it hardens into chunks!

Great news Kathy,
I'll use it tonight with my stir fry beef. I love it and always have some around, but haven't used it on the protocol.  I know it is pretty incredible stuff.  I already had switched to coconut oil about 2 years ago after reading some other health books that said use it!
Thanks,
Kelly

To insert pics you click on the second row of icons -> second icon that says
'insert image'.
I just pasted the http address in between the [img] brackets.

Let me know how it works for you.
