Not a happy Tuesday!BRRRRRRRRRRRR--i opened the door this smornin and there was a 5 ft snow drift!!AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! My dog was in his house thank god--i have a white part chow and part somethin----He is somethin-His name is Buddy.Anyway----nothing new today--I am getting a jump start today because today is---stalking day!!!Its 5:30 am-mail comes at 1:30-I got a ways to go-I have a feeling it will be here TODAY!!although im not sure if im ready for a double round!  I am--I definently know what works and what dont now-This 2nd time has to go so much smoother.At least ive maintained my weight loss now for what-2 months or so---Have A Great Day All!! After you go back to tickerfactory and go to change-it automatically changes it for you on the forum---Im pretty sure--Because i made another one and it changed the one i had on the forum to the new one automatically.

Piece of cake.. No, No cake please. All I ate was a tortilla, salsa and I only lost .1 pounds yesterday. That's it I'm staying completly on track now. No more goofing around with this.
I lose everytime I stay on track and follow exactly. Well, it does say you must follow exactly right?

Okay
So what I did is add my ticker to my signature box, and now it is on every post I write at the bottom. Just another tip if you want to do that. Copy the url address again and place it in your profile under signature. Save changes and woo laaa.
There it is..

Thats an old pic of my dog-hes actually almost pure chow and is a rolly polly thing like his mama--hee hee--- hes got a fat wrinkly face-NOT like his mama!
