Maybe your body is holding on because it needs more energy to heal right now. I think maybe mixing up your food would help a little too. Our bodies need to be tricked, just like when your exercising you got to switch it up some so it don't get use to the same routine.
Just a suggestion, I do hope you feel better soon. We are so spoiled on this hcg, on what other diet can you expect to lose even at half a pound a day 4 pounds per week. There is none trust me. Not by diet alone..
I've tried them all. Unless, like Almased you don't eat at all.
