I will update my ticker everyday instead of writing out my weight loss each day!!... that is so cool...
so if you're interested peek at it each day, you'll be able to see how I'm doing!!

I will, good job. I didn't lose anything today??? ???What happened I don't know. Hmmm should of lost something I think. Coming off my TOM now so maybe that will get better.
