It's been a while since I've wrote in the forum, but I've been following all the posts.
Does anyone know if you can have jalapeno peppers on phase 2? I like to eat at least 1-2 a day. Fresh is best I know, but I do like the jared kind in which I drain all the juice out of the jar than put in the fridge and when I eat, I drain out whatever liquid is left between a couple paper towels and press until the poor pepper looks like it was run over by a bus.

I just started phase 2 for the second time last Sat. and so far, lost about 10lbs. However, I've already hit a plateau 3 days ago. I guess it's because I only have about 10lb left to loose. I did apple day yesterday, but only lost about .5lbs. I'm not giving up.
Also, for those that are eating miracle noodles on phase 2 how big of a portion are you eating and how are your results with weight loss?
