Nancy (Ms. Kentucky)

Welcome~! And thanks for sharing your story.  I also did Phase 1 for about a two months before starting Phase 2.  Organic was all new to me and just incorporating many of the "do's" was overwhelming at first.  Now it seems very natural!  Let us know when you're ready to embark on Phase 2 and we'll all be here to help you along the way!

Hey Kentucky Woman...welcome. KT all seemed way too confusing to me at first too, so I decided to do Dr.S. Now I'm much more comfortable with it all and am considering KT's protocol as it allows a bit more variety.

WELCOME...welcome...WELCOME...welcome  Grin

Welcome Ms. Kentucky,
Thanks for joining our pageant. Yeah, the states does help connect the dots.  Thank you for sharing your story.  I did phase one for about 9-10 months while I worked out the kinks.  I was pretty overwhelmed while trying to incorporate it all.  I am sure glad I did though. During that initial phase one I lost about 35 pounds just with those changes! Yeah...

It will get easier with time as you learn.  I like KT book because he addresses many more of the things that didn't exist during Dr. Simeons time.  There are so many more causes of obesity that are known now.. I'm hopeful that in the end all of us will be free from dieting forever.. That is my goal, a new metabolism and reset hypothalamus.

Thanks for sharing. When I started I was 5'2 and 190.  Now I'm 138, so just stay persistent, and if you fall down get up and get going again.  That is the key; never give up.
So sorry about your child too!
Blessings,
Kelly (Ms Idaho)
