Hello everyone!
My results for the 1st week:

01/05_146.6_after load (only gain .6lb)
01/07_144.2_(-2.4)_first day
01/08_142.0_(-2.2)
01/09_140.8_(-1.2)
01/10_139.0_(-1.2)
01/11_138.4_(-.6)
01/12_138.0_(-.4)
01/13_138.0_(0)_retained water
01/14_137.2_(-.8

LOST 9.4LB in 1 week

So far I am doing great and love this protocol. I also lost inches, 1.5 inches in my waist(amazing) and just a little more thruout my body. I do store my fat mostly in my mid section.
Thank you all for your support.

Lila,
You're results are AMAZING....especially since you don't have very much to lose, you are doing GREAT!!!  Keep it up...
I am on my second day of the VLCD....
I gained three pounds after my load days, and that put me at 180.2
After my first day of the VLCD, Iam at 176.4 (lost 3.8 pounds my first day)
I will keep you all updated as I go!!  I am so excited to lose this weight!!!
Lori
PS> I almost had a melt down last night.... had to watch my family eat my favorite meal....it was torture!!  Oh well, after I get through this first week, everything will be a whole lot easier!!

congratulations Lila. I haven't started yet. I haven't even ordered yet. Waiting for enough money. Reading your results is so encouraging for everyone I'm sure. It's hard for me to wait. Reading the other comment makes me think I'll have to wait anyway.

Thank you guys Kiss

Shariwall, I did have some hunger and cravings first few days, I think it is b/c I didn't load a lot. Did you load on your first 2 days?
Nancy, I also had to wait for some time. I got KT book about a year ago and just now I am doing the protocol. You need to be ready and give a 100%. Just read all the posts hear, it will help you so much.
Carla, my first week was great, as for everyone else. But just as expected, I am not loosing that much this week. I am stiking to it.... I know my fat is stuborn but I am even more stuborn Grin

Love you guys,

It also helps to remember that anything you are missing (like Panini, Carla) will all be here when you are done. No food is going extinct as far as I know, unless someone eats eagles or whales...

Hi Shari,

You can do this if you just put your mind to it and decide that that's what you're going to do.  I have faith in you!  It helps me to write down everything that I eat and drink, and I mean everything.  You really realize all that you eat and drink when it is in writing.  When you cheat, you are only cheating yourself.  I have only been on the VLCD for 2 days, but have not had any urges to cheat yet, but I know that if I did cheat I would have to write it down in my book, and I do not want to do that because this diet IS going to work for me!  I paid my hard earned cash to be able to do this for myself.  I'm not gonna waste it.  I have had a slight headache, and some hunger these past 2 days, but nothing unbearable.  The scale was good to me Tuesday morning.  We'll see what Wednesday brings:-)

Shari, The teas do help curb the cravings and make you feel less hungry.  I have actually acquired a taste for the Yerba Mate, and look forward to it when I get up, the same goes for the Oolong.  I have been drinking the teas for a couple of months now.

Try eating your fruit and breadstick as a snack.  I have my tea, then an apple and grissini, then for lunch a meat or fish and a veggie, then for supper, a different meat or fish and a veggie, then a snack later of apple and a grissini breadstick.  That spreads it out a bit, for less hunger pangs.  That seems to be working for me.

Kathy, that was pretty funny, but girls she is absolutely right!  For me right now, it is 6 weeks out of my life, and I can do that!  I want the benefits of not being overweight any more!

Shari, we want you to succeed, we're here for you, but YOU have to make it happen, and you can do it! I have been packaging my meals up ahead of time like a lot of the rest.  That is a tremendous help.

I am on a mission...and I will get where I am going...Where am I going?...to 135 pounds!

Later, Toni

Thank you Toni for the words of encouragement. Not sure if you saw my other posts but I am down a total of 10lbs from shot #1 and even better I am down 5% body fat.
You are right - If I cheat, I am only cheating myself. I want so badly to get this weight off... right now its the only reminder of a bad marriage and I'd like nothing more than to show off my new 'pre-marriage' sized body to my ex-husband. I'll never get to 135 though. I am 5.5" and used to weight around 155. At that weight, I can fit into a size 7 jeans so that would make me happy. Of course, who knows what I will think once I get to that weight - I may just want to keep going.

I am glad the scale was good to you Tuesday! I hope it was even better this morning.

Keep up the good work. I wish I had your organizational skills... Maybe I can find someone to cook with me and we could split the meals. Hmmm... I should talk to my mom about that.

Gotta run for now. I need to get back to work.
Thanks again,
Shari

Lila,
still losing is the key phrase.  As long as I keep going in the right direction I'll be pleased.  Especially now that it's my TOM. I wish I was further into this with this starting but might as well get it out of the way the first week I guess.
Keep us posted, your doing so well. It is encouraging when everyone is losing.
Noelle, I hope it comes soon for you.  I know that waiting game is the hardest part,  Hope you ordered extra. Boy am I glad I did.
