OK so I am still very new to all this. What are some suggestions for someone who is vegetarian?  ???Also I have read a couple posts that mentioned Soy milk, is that OK? Thanks for the help you ladies are great. Roll Eyes

Hi Angela,

Welcome to the forum.  Have you read Dr Simeon's "Pounds and inches" and Kevin Trudeau's "The weight Loss Cure "they" don't want you to know about"?  They are the resources where you can find out exactly what you can and can't do.  They are the best place to start.  There is mention of a modification for vegetarian diet in one of them.  You can download "pounds and inches" on this site.  Good luck.  Later, Toni
