Great job Toni!!
I think i finally got on track again---I FINALLY hit the 160's!!Woohoo!!Yippee!!! Grin
I am 169.8 but i will so take that-Its a 2 lb loss from yesterday!!!!About time.I had just such a time staying on track this time around. Now that im in the 160's i better behave!! Wink
Alittle trick i am experimenting with is--I got animal crackers-I know-white flour product and a bit of sugar but no fat--When im feeling the urge to cheat i grab 1.I had a total of 5 yesterday -all day and still have a 2 lb loss-its better then a huge cheat!!
Lori-Is the dry hands "normal"for you? That sounds BAD! Sad--Kathy had a good idea of coconut oil and putting the plastic bag on for a bit which will allow them to stay moist! You may need to see a dermatologist and get something but tell him about the hcg----The only other thing is the same of the coconut oil but use what we call "good salve"-Watkins--wonderful wonderful stuff.it is petroleum base with turpentine.or the bag balm is good as well is the husker lotion-Hmmm-im not sure what else.Do you take any vitamins??This may help to.Ill do alittle research this morning and let you know if i come up with anything!

GO TONI GO TONI!!!! GO KATHY GO KATHY!!!! GrinYou girls re doing G R E A T !!

About the only thing i could come up with for the cracked hands that we havent metioned is--before applying the salve or whatever--soak your hands 15 minutes in warm water---Instead of plain salve aloe vera seems to be in all the magic potions out there--Another thing you could add--Its farely cheap==is tea tree oil--Its a cure all and a product did have that in it as well---Im only in to NATURAL cures -i hate all the chemical stuff---I personally have used tea tree oil for many things for many years. It is good-alittle smelly but i never minded the smell of that--arnica and menthol will take away the pain associated with the cracked hands.Essential oils i would try first.Do this before you go to bed.Good luck!!!!!!

Hi All,

Well, I am right in track to be where I want to be for 4 weeks on the VLCD.  I was hoping for 20 pounds lost in 4 weeks.  Tomorrow will be my 4 weeks.  Today my total loss was 20.2 pounds, but today is my injection skip day.  Usually I either stay the same or slightly gain the day after my skipped injection....so, wish me luck for tomorrow!  Later, Toni Wink

Hi All,

Well, I made my 20 pounds lost in 4 weeks goal, and I am officially in the 160's, @169.2 today!!!!!!  I am thrilled with my results.  If anyone remembers, I decided to set two smaller goals, and I am 4.2 pounds away from my first goal of 165, with 11 more days to get there!  Later, Toni

Toni,

Awesome girl!  You are truly a testament to what you can achieve by setting goals and then doing everything in your power to achieve them.  I'm way better at setting goals than achieving them but at least I never give up.

You are fantastic! Grin

Thank you Lila and Carla.  I really have worked very hard at this.  The greatest thing is when people notice, and tell you so, isn't it?  I am very excited that in 11 more days, it will be over for a little while, though.  I can't wait to have some salmon Smiley  I am thinking that I may do my next two rounds separate instead of a double.  Who knows, I could change my mind.  I have actually liked the foods that we can have, though.  I think it is a tough diet, but the rewards are well worth it.  Thanks again Kiss Later, Toni

Hi All,
Been away for a while, but nice to see this board active again.  Kiss

I'm with you Toni...really excited to reach the end in 15 more days, but will be happy and relieved too to 'up' my diet. And interestingly enough, I also am looking forward to salmon! Ha-ha ...must be those old omega-3's!! Oh yea...cream in my coffee!
