Just to pipe in here...I've known women on another forum who did the longer version of Phase 2 (40 days or so) that lost 35 - 40 lbs!  They started at about 200 lbs or so.  Pretty impressive!

I am on the extended plan myself... I can only hope I reach that 35-40lbs range. I started at 196.6 and weighed in this morning at 186.6! Whooo hooo - 10 lbs in 9 days (and that includes the load days!). I have also gone from 46% body fat - down to 41%... which means more to me than the weight. My clothes are no longer miserably tight (I refuse to by bigger clothes) and I think the hunger thing is starting to wane.
I am curious about the cleanses... can you do that while taking the shots? I have seen the colon cleanse (thanks Noelle!) but I vaguely remember reading about a cleanse to help with the sweet cravings. Does anyone remember what that was called?
Thanks everyone again for the support.
Shari Down 10 lbs & 5% body fat! I am on a roll!!! Go Me! - Go All of You! - Go HCG!!

I started Jan 8th on the Colonix and Toxinout.  I saw on another website that it was #1.  I like it so far.  I have to admit I am just beginning to get serious about doing all the things (well, mostly all of them) in Phase I.  I have lost a couple of lbs so far.  I'd planned on doing Phase I 30 days, but as you said, 40 days could make a big difference.  But I'm getting anxious to start.

I appreciate everyone's input.  Thank you.

Hi All,

Shari, wow, 10 pounds is great!  I actually just read that post.  Don't know how I missed that! The cleanse I talked about earlier today for sweet cravings is the Candida cleanse.

The scale was good to me again this morning:-)

Later, Toni

Hey, has anybody been watching The Biggest Loser - Couples?  It's pretty motivating as far as pushing yourself working out.

I want a personal trainer to push me so hard I practically burst into tears - but keep going! I would get into shape so fast.
Biggest loser is on Monday night here on the East coast - I think. I record it on my DVR so I don't miss it.
