Here are few things to help with your hunger. First tea, tea and more tea!!! Yerba Mate (kind of wierd tasting but tolerable with stevia), Green Tea (Oolong tea which is aged green tea). Even one cup of organic black tea ( I like earl grey or english breakfast) per day is fine. Check out chamomile, mint and other herbal teas for variety. Taking a fiber drink daily is essential to prevent constipation and to give you a full feeling. I like Super Seed, ABC (Aerobic Bulk Cleanse) and Organic Triple Fiber. First thing in the morning I have my cup of English breakfast tea, then I have my fiber drink. I just mix a scoop with a glass of water and stevia, drink it down and chase it with another glass of water. The fiber gives me a full feeling and all I need is tea and one piece of fruit other than the fiber until lunch time. Try having a snack in the afternoon and after dinner. For example, I might have a melba toast, celery sticks and some tea. Or I might bake my apple with stevia, lemon and cinnamon (and have some tea) for my evening snack. Another thing is relaxation; hunger is often really stress. Take a hot bath or jacuzzi. Do some stretching or Yoga. If you were a women I'd advize you to paint your nails so that you are forced to relax and let the polish dry!!! Maybe you could use some clear polish!!! The point is to make some choices to do things that force you to relax!! For me it took the first three days of the VLCD to realize I could really do it and to get into a groove. You're almost there. Good Luck!!! Kathy

2nd day I lost 3.2 lbs and third day I lost 1.6 for a total of nine pounds in three days. On day 3 I was not so hungry and on day four it is about like being on the cleanse. I appreciate ya'lls support, but I have to draw the line somewhere, I am NOT going to paint my nails.

day 4 - another 1.2 measly lbs., puts me at 250.4. My first intermediate goal is under 250, almost there! 2nd goal is under 238. Odd number I know, but after 238 is where I put on my really ugly fat. HCG rocks! I was really surprised to read the post about the person that couldnt do this and wanted to sell hcg, I guess thats why we humans come in such a variety?

jbiggs,
Yes, there have been a few in the few months that I have been on here that, for one reason or another, could not do the hcg. There have also been a few that were done, and have sold their hcg on here. Hey, over 10 pounds in 4 days is not too shabby! Almost at your first goal, too. Awesome!

Lazy me, havent posted in a while. I still read and get benefit form all inputs, but dont have much to say. I am on day 32 of first round and have lost 33 lbs so far but that includes a 10 day cleanse on the front end. My second goal was 238 lbs and at 237 have surpassed that! Silly me, I didnt think far enough ahead to have any more goals. I guess I will just finish out the first round strong and wherever my weight winds up I will keep my weight within 2 lbs untl my six weeks are up so I can start round 2? Unless one of you geniuses have a better idea? Everyone in general are very helpful, but there are at LEAST two of you that this site should probably have on retainer! Ya'll know who you are!!!!!

Jim, good to hear from you. Your unique sense of humor is certainly missed when you don't post! Great Job! How about if you just re-state your goal as a pound a day or better for the remainder of your injections? You could leave it at that or be specific, round it off and make it 225... Kathy

I would be curious how many people are waiting for their HCG to be delivered?
