As soon as my additional HCG arrives which should be sometime this week. I still have 1 ampoule left and don't want to start it for fear I will have to stop right in between. Well if it comes, I may start over the weekend or this upcoming Monday!!! Good to hear from you Kathy hows everything been going for you?

Hi All Everything is going well, My cleanse is going well I'm losing about a lb. a day on it. I didn't start it (and stay on it) until after the New Year, because I had to consume the rest of certain goodies in the house (like brie cheese and smoked salmon). I plan to stay on The Master Cleanser until my TOM starts around the 15th. I'm feeling very healthy and ready to start my next round of HCG for 45 injections!  |

Hi everyone, The News is-- my TOM started, so I'll be starting injections again soon. This explains why I have been feeling a little cranky  the last few days!!!  Also, today I woke up feeling very poorly!!! I'm fighting something off. I'm sure I can blame the children in preschool for bringing a germ home to me. My husband was fully sick last weekend. I don't think I will get all the way sick, because I'm fighting it full force with an aresenal of tricks!!! I slept nearly all day today and could go on sleeping if it weren't for the fact that the children will be home and needing attention soon!!!  |

Kathy-- i am just wondering if you not feeling well is: all these cleanses the past few months-cleaning out all the toxins and its just all coming out!!I did a total body cleanse and it said drink lots of water and that it can cause boils-rashes-hives-blisters-sickness-vomiting etc etc--if you notice anything unusual it would probably be the cleansing at work-So---Im just curious if this is what is happening with you!??? I'm right there with ya girlie!! I am so sick...and I KNOW it came from all the kiddos in my house!!! Since it's Saturday, I'm hoping my hubby will get up soon and help with my kids so I can rest....I feel like poopoo!!

Brenda, it's funny you mentioned it, but I thought I might be experiencing a healing crisis. The only thing is that I'm not on the cleanse any more. If it is a healing crisis, I've already ruined the possibility of gaining the benefit by getting over it naturally, since I couldn't take the suffering and took otc (over the counter) drugs. I don't feel whole yet, but I can function. I haven't eaten anything yet today, and am considering doing the salt water wash and the Master Cleanser Lemonade today just to clean out those otc drugs I took yesterday. kathy

You are so right, I'll have to inject my story about my Candida cleanse here. About three days into it, I started vomiting and could not get out of bed at all. I had body aches and shoulder pains. It was awful. No one had been sick around me so I was supicious if it was the cleanse in action. So I called the manufacturer and they said "Yes", some people get very ill, and flu type symtoms. Yeah, I really thought it was the flu. It was the candida saying " No, No we don't want to go".
I think they are still hanging out actually, which might be a part of my cravings and hunger I'm still having.
It is getting much better though.
Can someone tell me what is the master cleanse? Is that to remove toxins? Hmmm interesting.
Kathy and Lori, I'm so sorry your feeling sick. I hope you feel better tomorrow girls. Glad you can start soon to Kathy.. You will succeed!!

OMG, you are making progress! The pic of the dog is absolutely adorable, perhaps some time in the not-so-distant future might we be seeing a lovely picture of yourself? Thanks, yes that is my little dog dressed up for Christmas!!! I'm trying to find just the right picture of myself (Something so you can see me and I can be a little mysterious at the same time) to post. For now, it makes me laugh to see my little doggy up here. The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs is a cleansing regime that you can buy at the health food store, order from Amazon.com or download for free at http://healthandlight.com/TheMasterCleanse.pdf (http://healthandlight.com/TheMasterCleanse.pdf). It's a 30 page booklet that describes how to do it. It consists of senna tea morning and night (for those who can tolerate it the salt water wash in the mornings instead of the senna tea), a spicy lemonade sweetened with maple syrup and cayenne pepper and as much herbal teas and water as you like. On the advice of several sites specializing in The Master Cleanser, I also include a fiber drink (like super seed or organic triple fiber) and liquid bentonite for the duration. Also it is advised (not in the booklet) to see a colon hydrotherapist before the cleanser is broken. I am able to lose at least a pound a day when I do it. Because of the maple syrup, however, I wouldn't advise anyone who suspects candida to use it, unless they are sure they have it under control. Kathy |

Thanks for the information. I will definately look into that in the future, not while on the hcg shots. I Love to do a cleanse a few times a year for overall good health. However, I'm sure I do still have a touch of Candida too, so that does need to be cured. I took steriods for almost 10 years due to back troubles. That is how I got so big and got the yeast infestations...
I will take it one at a time. but I'm saving the link!
