Those are right ones, and they work for me like a charm.

I drank diet coke with splenda and did not have a loss after 3 days, I suppose they are serious when they say "strictly adhere to the diet."

What about common anti persperant deoderant or toothpaste such as Colgate.  Has anyone had adverse reactions when using those items on the diet?

Have had about a 9 lb. loss.  The first day of "effective" shot was 3/14 although actual injects started on 3/10 during the load phase.  Wife has lost 12 lbs, thought men were suppossed to lose faster???

I use regular deodorant sometimes and I doesn't seem to change anything. The natural kind  doesn't always work well. I have used Colgate toothpaste from the beginning. No problems.
I don't know about the diet coke. I would have thought you would still loss even though it may not be very good for you Huh. You may want to give the forum a run down of your menu.

Alot of things do effect your loss other than the diet. Activity level is a big one. Diet coke makes you retain water weight. If you feel you are in a stall from the diet coke, try an apple day.

Thanks for the miracle noodle information. Now I can consider having beef broth and mixing some of the miracle rice and it should taste like Beef rice a roni.
Yum!
