Hi everyone,
I'm considering ordering some miracle noodles but I just want to be clear before I start eating them... since they have no calories or anything it's something we can eat in addition to our regular diet, right? Or do we have to leave something else out? It sounds like we can eat them in addition to everything else but I'm just scared to risk doing something wrong so I thought I'd ask!
Thanks! Samantha

Lisa, Glad you got the noodles-Hope you like them---I will be eating them even when i restart the hcg program. We need to maybe post a few of our favorite Noodle recipes!!We will work on that--I was still impressed when i had spaghetti sauce and hamburger and the noodles and put them in the food processor for a sec--It was very much like a rice mixture i stuff peppers with. The only problem i have is --im not big on LONG spaghetti-I have ALWAYS broke my spaghetti up in 3rds before cooking so its not so long--Thats just me-so thats probably why i liked it cut up in the food processor! And im glad you find my "learnings" informative/interesting as well.Theres just so much to be learned but i will always pass something on if i find it worthy!! ya know--I am a bread nut as well but---On this protocol has really opened my eyes to all the bread i ate and im not missing it so much really-I always try and get a high fiber bread and always wholewheat.Ezekiel is the best---Have a great holiday season!! Enjoy your noodles and let us know what you think-- Brenda

Hello everyone! I hope everyones holiday was full of love, happiness, and good control for those of us still on HCG . I was good, however I did eat more roast beef than I should've, but that's it. Brenda, I absolutely love the miracle noodles. I do have a question for you though that I hope you don't mind me answering. When I first had them, I didn't go to the bathroom for 2 days and I found that unusual. I ended up taking some digestive stimulators I had left over from my colon cleanse to help and it did. Still not normal but at least I'm going a little. Did the miracle noodles have that affect on you at all? TTFN.....ta ta for now!

I have made beef curry and pasta primavera with my miracle noodles during the VLCD. They make me feel very full and have a very cleansing effect.

I did post the recipe for the beef curry under Recipes Only. I need to post the Pasta Primavera recipe. Another thing I did with the miracle noodles is added them to my shrimp soup (which I also posted).

For anyone who has ordered the miracle noodles, how long did it take before you received them? I got a confirmation email about my order on December 5, and I still haven't received them... looks like I'll be using them mostly only in Phase 3!

okay three questions: 1. what are the 'miracle noodles'? 2. Can I eat them while on the 500 cal diet? 3. What in the heck is VLCD? I keep seeing it everywhere...

Miracle Noodles are calorie free noodles made from Glucomannen, a fiber derived from yams that absorbs liquid and toxins. It can swell in your stomach up to 60 times its original size. It is not listed on the protocol, but some of us have used it since it's natural and calorie free on the 500 calorie diet with great results. I think it's www.miraclenoodle.com (http://www.miraclenoodle.com). VLCD is Very Low Calorie Diet; it's easier than saying the 500 calorie diet!

Hi-I ordered my noodles from konjacfoods.com but both are great sites and info on the noodles not to mention tons of recipes. We are all still experimenting with the noodles-You cant go to wrong-if you are a newbie to the then you may want to stick to ordering angel hair only--I have the variety and they are just that--Very different--And the angel hair is my favorite because its so much like spaghetti/pasta.The bigger the noodle the rubbery the consistency--I like that they are already DONE as well-eat cold or heat up- add sauce or just whatever you want-endless possibilities-Boil your water first and just drop them in for 3 minutes enough to heat and eat!Alittle bouillon salt and pepper is good as well. They are full of much needed fiber on this protocol.Hope that helps Shari-Theres a ton of info if you go to either site-read and decide---Have a great day! Brenda 808--wow--Mine were here in 3-4 days---Somethings not right there---I would see if theres a 800 number-i beleive there is---write them again--Thats to bad---

I finally got my miracle noodles! I guess I should have been patient just a couple more days.. Turns out my post office received it after about 2 weeks, but it got "lost" in the mail room all this time. I guess they finally found it because today I got a "2nd notice" saying I had a package still waiting for me... oish... Anyway, I had some today for lunch with my beef and I'm pretty happy with them!
