I was just wondering...do we count calories on an apple day?

I looked it up and it turns out that one LARGE apple is about 100-120 calories. If we eat six LARGE apples then that goes way over the 500 calorie mark.

Should we care about staying under 500 calories on an apple day?

that is kinda confusing for me too because i was reading something here about six apples a day ..i am eating a lot of apples. i add cinnamon and atevia and i put them in the oven or microwave until they are soft and i  absolutly love them. should i be careful of this. by the way thanks to the other member that gave me the cinnamon and stevia idea, i think they eat it cold.  Grin i really havent had a problem though as far as eating these and loosing a pound a day. i dont know why but the first three days i was loosing 3 pds. a day. them i gained 2 back and now i'm at i pd a day . think it could be cause i started during the last couple days of my period.

E,

I lost more in the beginning too but a lb a day is awesome!  Keep up the good work!  And yes, your Tom probably was the culprit.

YES LADIES - DON'T BE DISCOURAGED IF YOU GAIN WEIGHT DURING YOU PERIOD.  A WOMAN CAN GAIN UP TO 5LBS FROM WATER RETENTION DURING THIS TIME.
