Phase 3 foods

Hi everyone!
Can someone tell me if we are allowed to eat legumes in Phase 3 such as lentils, garbanzo beans, dried beans? I know we are not supposed to have any starches and I know these legumes are high in protein and they are considered carbs but starch? Thank you!

I dont know the answer to your question, but I thought someone could explain these phases, my dr has suggested this to me but said nothing about phases and what you can eat, he just said 500 calories??

About the beans and peas, no not during the three weeks of phase 3. But they are perfect for Phase four.
