Lets start posting our daily menus especially when they show us a nice loss the next day! It could really come in handy when one of us is at a loss of what to eat for a day. There are some days that I wish I had a book with 45 days of menu plans (that fit within our protocol) and weekly shopping lists!

This was my menu yesterday and this morning I had lost another 1.5 lbs!

Grapefruit
Cracker

Baby euro greens salad including tomato, celery, green onion, and cucumber with apple cider mustard dressing
Poached chicken breast
Cracker

Celery
Apple

Onions sauteed in chicken broth with a petite 3.5 oz organic grass fed filet mignon on top
7 oz of steamed broccoli and cauliflower
1 tomato

1.5 liters of water
about 10 cups of different teas

And all of it was 500 calories!!!

Carla has been doing really great; here is a quote from one of her posts:

Quote
Here's what I eat in a typical day:

a.m. - organic grapefruit, melba toast

lunch - huge salad with romaine lettuce, diced celery, chopped tomatoes, topped with strips of either grilled organic chicken or steak.  I use my own oil free dressing consisting of apple cider vinegar, brown mustard, and water.

snack - organic apple, melba toast

dinner - Grilled wild-caught mahi mahi and a whole bowl of steamed asparagus.

I'm posting this earlier quote from Hans, so you can see that some people do two raw salads per day:

Quote
This has been my daily routine for the past week and it seems to be working, though maybe not as well as some others.  I've lost 10 lbs in 7 days.

- Shot & weigh in at 9:00 am.

- Snack around 10:00-11:00 am when I have a grapefruit (try to get organic when I can)

- Lunch is approx 100 grams of protien (either grilled chicken breast or steak or a combo of both...I pre-grilled several days worth in advance and use it cold in a salad) with a large salad consisting of 1/2 seedless cucumber, several inches of white raddish or several red radishes, 1/2 celery stalk, 1-2 tomatoes, 1/4 onion, handful lettuce, liberal amounts of unfiltered apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes.

- Dinner is the same as Lunch

- 10:00 pm snack is one apple (organic if possible)

During the day I drink at least 1/2 gallon of water.  That's about it!

The salads are actually pretty good and quite filling!
