My friend who started about two weeks before I did (day 6 - down 7lbs - yeah me!) sent me a pdf of this great HCG recipe book - has TONS of recipes to help keep your food interesting.

Thanks for posting the dressing options - I'm tired of the apple cider vinegar/mustard dressing and it's only day 4!!

Lastly -  I've noticed that some of the recipes contain veggies that weren't in my original list of items (like the zuchini spaghetti - sounds awesome) so does that mean I can add and in other veggies as long as i count the calories?

Sloppy-Joe's

100 grams of lean ground beef
2 tsp of organic sloppy joe mix
1 tbl of organic tomatoe paste
1 organic tomatoe
1/4 organic onion

cook beef in skillet with onion until cooked.  Added other stuff, serve.

I have found that a spoon full of organic fat free salad dressings has not had an impact on my diet.  I've also used organic ketchup and mustard with no impact.  But I only use a little.  Lots of organic spices too.  The more the better.  Try sea salt instead of regular table salt too.  You will use less and it tastes much better.
