Hello everyone!  I am seriously considering ordering this product but after reading so many posts I have a few questions.  I don't have a lot of weight to lose (about 15lbs) but I really need a jump start like this to motivate me.  The main question I have is where do you get the information about things like "load days" and different phases.  Is it enclosed with the treatment or elsewhere?  Thank you for any help.
