What are the dinner plans for everyone else? I'm trying to come up with something to do with my chicken--other than grill it. I used so many pots and pans last night, making one stew and rice for my family and another mini stew for myself. I was cooking for so long, I just want to do some thing easier tonight...

BTW Toni, so sorry that I didn't put it together that you were using the Walden Farms dressing sooner. The penny finally dropped when Jbiggs talked about it. We should of had that discussion about harmful ingredients earlier--just so everyone could be informed. KT calls Propylene Glycol a dangerous and harmful chemical when used in cosmetics--I can't even imagine what he would say about ingesting it!!! Kathy

I have tried several of the Walden Farm items by now.
I like the Asian Dressing and Russian Dressing. My husband likes the Ranch - I find it does taste better than the individual pkts of Ranch or Bacon Ranch; I didn't like those. I love Bleu Cheese dressing, but was afraid I would be disappointed. Thanks to an earlier post - I will try this one next.
The Cocktail sauce is ok, but needs a little zip; squeeze of lemon would help too. Maybe a little horseradish - don't know if we can have that; will have to look.
BBQ sauce is ok but have only tried once and I believe I put it on my chicken too early.
The Chocolate Dip is good; I hear the Chocolate sauce is even better.
The Caramel dip actually tastes more like butterscotch than caramel. Darker too. It is "just ok!". Will probably mix it with the chocolate to get through jar. I did try it with steamed pumpkin (Dr. "Balusio" - Argentina allows pumpkin on his protocol). Braved pumpkin only once - no effect on weight loss.
The pancake syrup is good but I have only used it on baked apples with cinnamon.
I threw away:
Marshmallow dip. Way too chemical tasting.
At our clinic - I did sample the Alfredo and Scampi sauces on broccoli. Think I personally would pass on them, but I would be open to retrying if hotter.

I think they are the Walden Farms products and I think they all have propylene glycol...

They are Walden Farms that are calorie free - therefore sugar and fat free. I am only going to use them while on Protocol ... and I limit.
Better to be lower BMI in the long run than to worry about a short-term use of chemicals ... I know, I one hand that sounds worse but I am trying to balance.
