Hi Charz50,

Did you find the tea for less than $75?  If so, can you let us know where?  For some reason I thought that the purpose of that tea was to bring down your sugar levels, as if you were diabetic, or to control blood sugar.  Am I wrong?  Can you please post what the ingredients of the eleotin tea are.  We are dying to know.  Thanks a bunch,  Toni

I just got some tea I ordered yesterday. It was a 4 pack of KT recommended. for 4.95 on ebay. It is loose leaf. This doesn't include the Eleotin tea. That's the $75. tea, for blood sugar problems. I would like to hear if anyone has found the teas to help with appetite. I've just started today so the verdict is still out. I didn't think the Wu-long taste too bad. I added lemon. Something we need anyway Smiley.

Nancy, Most of us have found that the green tea, and Yerba Mate help with appetite. Yerba Mate has a smoky, burnt taste that takes some getting used to. Different brands can be better or worse than each other. I am sticking to the Yerba Mate from Trader Joes in a yellow bag. The one I got from the health food store has a very strong burnt taste. Also, Traditional Medicinals has a tea called Weightless that  works pretty good for appetite control.  Grin Kathy

For a trip - I got some instant Yerbe Mate ... I was warned it would be an "acquired" taste.  I tried it with Stevia - but I usually do not drink tea with anything in it.  I had a hard time drinking it.  So, I dliluted it into part of my water amount - I mean diluted it ALOT, and it was better.

Believe I will continue to try to "acquire" the taste ... I am assured I will "grow to love it!"  We'll see.

I think adding an orange rind or lemon might help.  Also, will try over ice rather than hot.

Is anyone using the Green Teas sold at Fashion Place Mall in the little booths. They are pretty pricey ($75 box) and they have lots of antioxidants in them. I have been using them for a year for energy and I would like to know if anyone else is still using them or maybe I should give them up. Also, I drink K20 protein water and that has helped during the cravings. I am just beginning the pgm and am very excited. Thanks

I have been drinking the organic Guayaki brand of Yerba Mate. I really like it. Most of the time i drink it without stevia. It really does help with the appetite.
