I like green oolong tea, english breakfast tea, earl grey tea, rasberry leaf tea and good earth tea; but I can't stand the smell of the Yerba Mate tea, it smells like something burnt! Thank god for the stevia! Has anyone tried the eleotin (sp?) tea from KT's book. I haven't seen it at my health food store.

I can't drink Yerba Mate tea, I had a reaction to it. I would get sick to my stomach every time I tried to drink it.
I haven't seen eleotin tea either..

[flash=200,200]YEA YERBE MATE BOTHERED ME AT FIRST UNTIL I FOUND DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE IT TASTE GOOD. THEY SAID DONT MAKE IT TOO HOT AND DRINK IT RIGHT AWAY. THEN AFTER YOU MAKE IT ADD STEVIA LIKE ONE PACKET TO A CUP ( I PUT LIKE 3 QUARTERS OF ONE) THEN YOU ADD 3 DROPS OF VANILLA, VANILLA SOY MILK TO TASTE AND I PUT FOR EXTRA MEASURE AND TASTE A BIT OF CINNAMON AND IT'S REALLY GOOD. I REALLY DIDNT LIKE IT PLAIN.

Great info. about the tea's. I have looking into them and it looks like to me if you do the wu-long or oog-long tea that whould enough to reach your goals. Other products I like: Grden of life- Primal defense ultra and others. and integra-tea by Dr.Miller.

I LIKE THE YERBA TEA. IT HAS A NUTTY/WOODY FLAVOR AND IT REALLY GIVES YOU AN ENERGY BOOST. HAS DECREASED MY APPETITE SOME TOO - WHICH IS QUITE A FEAT!

Once I got used to the Yerba Mate tea, I have been able to drink it fine. It does have appetite suppressant qualities, proven when at Disneyland, I was able to withstand multiple temptations after I got some hot water and made myself a cup of it!!! I wouldn't be able to drink it without the stevia though.

I would like to hear about the Eleotin tea, too. I don't want to buy a bunch of stuff that in the end may not matter. It sound like no one is using it. Nancy from Kentucky

Kathy, I had Wu-long tea some time ago, I didn't like it that much I am a big tea drinker, and have been all my life. I think even before getting Kevin's book I would have at least 3 cups of tea a day. I drink all kinds, and I think green tea would be the next best thing to Wu-long. I think that as long as you dring a lot of hearbal tea, you will improve your health. Lila(bad speller )

Lila, I just drink the oolong tea (I didn't spring for the Wulong brand), regular green tea, English breakfast, yerba mate and rasberry leaf.... Sometimes I have Pau de Arco, Mint, Camomile, Smooth Move or other Traditional Medicinals teas that are called for (like if I get a sore throat, I drink Throat Coat--it really works) I guess that's enough, right??? I too am a tea drinker first and foremost, but will occasionally have a decaf soy latte at Starbucks!!! I am still curious about the $75 Eleotin tea though. Kathy

Hi Charz50,
Did you find the tea for less than $75? If so, can you let us know where? For some reason I thought that the purpose of that tea was to bring down your sugar levels, as if you were diabetic, or to control blood sugar. Am I wrong? Can you please post what the ingredients of the eleotin tea are. We are dying to know. Thanks a bunch, Toni
