I, too, just started hcg. Today is my first day of vlcd. This morning I got on the scale and have lost 2.4 pounds...this during the "pigging out" phase

Here is my problem: I took my injection at 8 am and began drinking water and coffee. I was feeling very uncomfortable in my stomach, but couldn't tell if it was hunger or nausea. Sounds crazy, I know, but it was a very strange sensation. At about 11 am, I decided that it was hunger, so prepared baked chicken and boiled cabbage, ate lunch, and immediately threw up! Now the uncomfortable sensation is gone. Of course, I googled hcg side effects, and found out about a condition known as hyper ovarian stimulation syndrome. It appears to be a side effect of hcg use during fertility treatments, not weight-loss, due to the much larger dose used in fertility treatment. I'm very excited about this weight-loss program, and plan to continue. Has anyone else had excessive nausea and vomiting?
Thanks
