Hi everyone....My name is Rachel, I just started HCG on MARCH 25TH,which was my gorge day #1, and started my VLCD #1 on March 27th. Since then I have dropped 14.2 lbs. which is incredible! Technically in 6 days I have dropped 14.2lbs! Well now here comes the problem, yesterday and today I have literally been in the bathroom all day, I think the meat yesterday could have been old or what not, point is I am very sick. I did not take HCG today, I am not gorging, but I am drinking powerade because I don't want to continue HCG which I already eat only 5oo cal. imagine having diarrhea all day, I mean I could end up in the hospital. Has anybody ever gotten really sick on any of the food? I just want to get better so I can start HCG again, but I don't want to go up 10 lbs. while I get better you know? Any suggestions anyone can give me? I really need to lose this weight, it's the last option my doctor is giving me, the next one is a gastric bypass due to the amount of weight I have left to lose. Thank you everyone for your help!

I, too, just started hcg. Today is my first day of vlcd. This morning I got on the scale and have lost 2.4 pounds...this during the "pigging out" phase Grin Here is my problem: I took my injection at 8 am and began drinking water and coffee. I was feeling very uncomfortable in my stomach, but couldn't tell if it was hunger or nausea. Sounds crazy, I know, but it was a very strange sensation. At about 11 am, I decided that it was hunger, so prepared baked chicken and boiled cabbage, ate lunch, and immediately threw up! Now the uncomfortable sensation is gone. Of course, I googled hcg side effects, and found out about a condition known as hyper ovarian stimulation syndrome. It appears to be a side effect of hcg use during fertility treatments, not weight-loss, due to the much larger dose used in fertility treatment. I'm very excited about this weight-loss program, and plan to continue. Has anyone else had excessive nausea and vomiting?
Thanks Smiley
