I should be finishing up with P2 (23 day)and was wondering how do I know I've exhausted all the excess fat stores?  Should I stay on longer?  Is there a way to know you are done losing the weight and it is time to start P3?  I am trying to get back to my weight before pregnancy (10 years ago).  I'm fairly athletic but couldn't get rid of it.  I'd like to get back to 125-130.  I am 5' 6.5" and am at 136.2 as of this morning.

As an athlete you know that muscle weighs more than fat.  Your guage should not be totally based on weight.  If you recall Dr. Simeons manuscript is called, "Pounds and Inches".  Don't let the scale be your only indicator.  At 5'6.5" and 135 lbs. you have a healthy BMI.  That should help you decide.
Good luck and happy dieting,
