A. To issue a certified check, you need to go in person to your bank and have the cashier complete the transaction for you. Your banking institution will then cordon off said amount of money in your account as untouchable -- thus guaranteeing the ultimate remittance of the certified check. You can also pay by cashiers' check and international money order as issued by regular banks.
